I-25 southbound reopens after crash near Walsenburg

Southbound Interstate 25 reopened Friday morning after a crash closed the highway seven miles south of Walsenburg for several hours, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.

CDOT officials closed the highway at 7:50 a.m. between exit 42 for Pryor and the I-25 Business Loop, according to a travel alert. All lanes were reopened as of 10:40 a.m.
