Colorado health officials confirmed a new measles case in Mesa County last week, marking the state’s 20th case this year . The Mesa County resident has no known connection to other recent exposures reported in Colorado and has not traveled outside the state, according to a Friday news release from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. By MICHAEL CASEY, JAKE OFFENHARTZ and KATHY McCORMACK BOSTON (AP) — A Turkish student detained by federal officers as she walked along a street in a Boston suburb is the latest supporter of Palestinian causes to be swept up in the Trump administration’s crackdown on immigrants who have expressed their political views. Rumeysa Ozturk, 30, a doctoral student at Tufts University, was swiftly moved out of Massachusetts, a demonstration of how U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is sending immigrants who are taken into custody to detention centers or deporting them altogether before a federal judge has a chance to weigh in on their case and possibly halt the actions. Starbucks and Car Toys closed their doors at the shopping center at Sixth Avenue and Broadway on Wednesday. “Starbucks is closing all non drive-thrus, it wasn’t anything specific about the space they didn’t like,” said JLL broker Jeff Feldman. 30-year-old Broadway brunch spot to close this weekend Feldman and colleague Sam Zaitz are marketing Starbuck’s 1,700 square feet at 575 Lincoln St. for lease. He noted the location’s visibility, proximity to other neighborhoods and heavy traffic around the area. What will happen to Car Toys, however, is more of an open question.
